i'm really digging the idea about cigaro. there are quite a few songs by the late great warren zevon i'd love to see him do. he's about the only one who could do them any justice.

As a huge AIC and Layne Staley fan, I'm not so sure that I'd want to hear Dax cover any of their songs. I can't say exactly why, but I don't really have the desire to hear Dax cover any kind of rock like that. Maybe the originals are just too similar to his own vocal style, and I prefer to hear him take something completely different and bend it and change it to fit his style. However, I'm sure he'd do a great job if he did take on some Alice. Of course.

I keep posting here, because it would be cool to see him do some of my favorite songs. But really he could do any song in the world and f'ing rock it! I bet he could even do a cover of that terrible Gwen Stefani song - bananas. Haha! I love everything he writes though, so my heart really lies with his original material!!! Damn, Dax is so freaking amazing!
